Conditions of Sale
To be eligible for Wholesale pricing, all customers must have an ABN and be associated with Balloon and Party industry.
Any prices in this website are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST (10%). Therefore you must add 10% GST to your prices. Prices do not include Freight, which is also subject to GST (10%). Prices are subject to change with or without notice.
Our order minimum is A$200.00 excluding freight and GST. Orders under this amount will attract a handling charge of $20.00. Some items have a minimum order quantity. If you order less than this quantity, your order will automatically be increased to the minimum amount for that item.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours.
All returns must be made within seven days, otherwise such goods will not be accepted back into stock. Do not return any goods without notification as returns are subject to our approval.
Insurance for goods in transit is not covered by IDPL, and is the receiver's responsibility.
Our Terms of Payment are:
- Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, C.O.D., Money Order, Direct Deposit, Cheque (subject to clearance)
- Strictly 30 days from the date of invoice where an account has been granted. Otherwise COD. Accounts which exceed 30 days may be placed on COD terms at our discretion.
- All goods remain the property of Indigo Distributors Pty Ltd until payment in full has been made.
